farmDon’t Miss the ongoing Farmer’s Market and Art Fair and great and edible treats at EVERY Sunday from 10am-2pm. At the Paul Ecke ElementarySchool, 185 Union Street, Encinitas, 92024 (near Vulcan).  This large Farmer’s Market is tons of fun with loads of fresh veggies, juices, fresh picked fruits, handicrafts, breads, pottery, plants, flowers, chocolate, beautiful homemade soups, jams and bakery items.  You can pick up lunch or dinner or enjoy at the nearby picnic tables as your children play on school play equipment, dance or run in gated school guard.  Live music, knife sharpening, hot and cold drinks, coffees, wraps, sandwiches, breakfast goods, cakes and candies.  A yummy time for all!

Co-founder of, Colleen McColloch brings many different skills to the It's Encinitas table. She is an accomplished photographer, content editor, creative designer and business account manager. She took courses at Pasadena Art Center College of Design then worked in top portrait studios in Los Angeles and San Diego.Aside from her photographic contribution, she works closely with our team of writers and helps develops their story ideas and assignments. She has lived in and around Encinitas with her husband, Mike and children for over 20 years and loves this wonderful town.While on assignment and developing, Colleen has had a wonderful time meeting and mingling with this city's most precious gift; its people.Her hobbies include painting, reading, cooking, entertaining and playing with her three grandchildren, Maddy, Owen and Marlee Rose.
